FLYING LOTUS – UNTIL THE QUIET COMES
Flying Lotus has revealed the full details of his new album Until the Quiet Comes. As previously reported, the album is out October 2 via Warp in the U.S. (October 1 in the UK) and features a guest spots from Thom Yorke. In addition to Yorke (who sings on a track called “Electric Candyman”), Erykah Badu also appears on the album, as do Thundercat, Niki Randa, and Laura Darlington. Check out the full tracklist below.
Also below, find Flying Lotus’ new tour dates, which take him through North America, the UK, and Europe this fall. It kicks off with a show at the Hollywood Bowl with Animal Collective.

Tall Black Guy Presents... Tempo Dreams Vol. 1 [TRAILER]
From Bastard Jazz Recordings comes this brand new release featuring a group multi-talented beatmakers from around the world: Teru, Evil Needle, Apple Jac, Tensei, Jeriko Jackson, Monkey Robot, Buscrates, Floyd Cheung, Ta-ku, Chief and Doc Illingsworth, who were all hand-picked by Tall Black Guy to be a part of this compilation.
"Things kick off appropriately enough with French producer Teru’s “Time To Reinvent” a summer-y joint filled with lazy keys, stuttering drums and delayed effects. Chicago duo and recent Plug Research signing Tensei make an appearance with the tropical cosmic of “Space Colony,” while Australia’s Jeriko Jackson delivers the incredibly smooth “Only Just” with it’s ghostly vocals and flowing keys.
Things move a little towards the uptempo side of Brussels based beatmakers MonkeyRobot deliver “Basement Infusion,” a deep slithering piece of bass-quaking of future-House, while Pittsburgh’s Buscrates adds a shimmering edge with “Horizons.”
